Zt Fitness Budget Gym

I have been training at ZT Fitness ( Right Behind Hove Train Station) for about 6 months now, when i started I was quite over weight about 2 stone, I had a couple of Chins which made me feel a bit insecure about myself but at ZT Fitness there isn't any of the looking you up and down to check out what you are wearing, or a in-crowd, everyone there is very friendly and the staff are very helpful and highly trained.
